- If the cancellation is before your product is shipped:
Please inform LENZO HI-TECH customer service team, they will add web credit note to your account worth order value . Customer needs to use this web credit note within 1year from the date of issue, otherwise it will be forfeited.
- However, if the cancellation is after your product has shipped, you can do one of the following:
›› If your product has shipped but has not yet been delivered, contact LENZO HI-TECH and inform them of the same.
›› If you’ve received the product and want to return it, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your shipment- you may return any unused item(s) in its original packaging, your account will be credited with web credit note worth order value (excluding shipping costs).
If in case the box in which the item has arrived has extensive visible damage, you are requested not to accept the shipment and contact Customer Care.
- To meet the cancellation deadline, timely mailing of the written cancellation or return of shipment shall suffice.
- Customized lenses fitted in frame will not be taken back. In case you feel any difficulty in product adjustment in terms of fitting or vision correction, you may approach the LENZO HI-TECH distributor with your purchase reference and they will be pleased to assist you.
- We do not provide any warranty on breakage of Frame, Sunglass or Lens.
- The product if delivered shall be liable to return only if it is returned with the original sealed box, instruction papers, warranty and other accessories if any.
- Please keep in mind, LENZO HI TECH reserves the right to claim damages should the returned goods be damaged or show signs of use
- We do not have any Refund Policy however, Refund will be at the sole discretion of Management for special cases and it will be refunded after deducting Bank Transaction Charges.
- If any product is exchanged more than one time the customer will have to pay for the shipping charges of Rs.100/-
- We are permitted and retain the right to make mistakes, such as typing errors, technical or colour deviations, or price modifications, despite our greatest care not to do so.
- In case of breakage warranty does not cover liability against any breakage.
